The Giacometti Foundation celebrates its tenth anniversary, in partnership with the Art&Flux research unit of the University of Paris I-Sorbonne and the Palais de Tokyo, with a series of events around a theme at the heart of Alberto Giacometti's practice: how to represent time in space?
The President for Life of Ouest-lumière Yann Toma invites artists, historians and art critics to a SPIRITE SESSION around the pedestal table designed by Giacometti, to summon the spirits and explore the relationship between past and present in the very place where Giacometti's sculptures were exhibited until 1977: the former National Museum of Modern Art.
Thanks to the Palais de Tokyo team and particularly to Vittoria Mattarese, Natasha Jakobsen, and Yvannoé Kruger.
